How long does fulfilment take?
In-stock plushies: 2–3 business days. Pre-order plushies: production is generally ~65 days. Apparel & accessories (tees, hoodies, mugs, hats): 2–5 business days. Shipping time is separate from fulfilment.
Why didn't I get my tracking number right after paying?
We work made-to-order, so your order goes to our production partners first. Once they fulfil it, you'll receive your tracking number and an estimated shipping time.

We have not yet opened the cards. They are a gift for my granddaughters birthday in early September. I am 1000% sure she will love them! She watches the episode that teaches how to play over and over again.

We love the game, we are using dice for attacks and defence. Bigger numbered dice for large vs smaller.

Hi SolarBalls. I'm Lily, and i'm your #1 fan! I have all the plushies, but Jupiter and Planet X are probably my favourites!!!!! For SolarCards, without doubles:97 With Doubles:166. My favourite character is Theia, and even though it's SUPER Rare, I have her card. Sometimes, I give my doubles to my friend, but with Theia..... No, no, no, no. Plus I don't even have a double of her😂. I also have the Astrodude pin since the Plush is no longer available. Solarballs, with its funny, educational characters, inspired me to make a galaxy of my own, called the flower galaxy. It has 3 Solar Systems so far, The Lavander system:Stars Lavander A and B, and Ballerez, the only planet in the flower galaxy to have life. The Zoongi System:The Star is Zoongi,and i actually got a star I could name for Xmas, and named it Zoongi. The Reverse System:Ekim, backwards for Mike, is the star. Solarballs, if you have taken the time to read this, or, well,if anyone has taken the time to read this, thank you! I really appreciate your time because it was a very long reveiw. Hi! This is my Solarballs merch collection! Plushies:5,Moon,Earth,Titan,Saturn and the Sun. Cards:16 planets, 11 dwarf planets, 28 moons, 6 stars, and 20 anomalies! I think thats a fairly big collection. Im so sad i couldn't do the Kickstarter😭😭😭😭😭😢. But i do keep up to date with solarnews. I was the 16th person to order the sun plush, and even when planet x announced him and jupiters plush, i RAN to my parents and showed them the clip. Im hoping to get one of them for Christmas.
