Cancellation Policy
Print-on-request item
Once an order has been fulfilled and a tracking number has been provided, it means the order is either in production or already in transit. At this stage, cancellations are no longer possible. However, for duplicate orders that have not yet entered fulfilment, production, or shipping, we are happy to accommodate cancellations.
Pre-order item
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. You will pay in full at checkout, store your payment method, and then fulfil at a future date.
If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
