What happens after I place an order?
You'll get an order confirmation email with your invoice right away. Once our fulfilment partner processes the order, we'll email you a tracking number. For anything specific, email contact@solarballs.store (please allow 1–2 business days).
How long does fulfilment take?
In-stock plushies: 2–3 business days. Pre-order plushies: production is generally ~65 days. Apparel & accessories (tees, hoodies, mugs, hats): 2–5 business days. Shipping time is separate from fulfilment.
Why didn't I get my tracking number right after paying?
We work made-to-order, so your order goes to our production partners first. Once they fulfil it, you'll receive your tracking number and an estimated shipping time.

I got the Earth plushie right before I went away for the summer of 2025. It took about 5 months to arrive.... I'm very disappointed SolarBalls!! But otherwise this plushie came in very good shape and is super super soft and squishy! Very good plushie. Thanks Solarballs.
VERY HIGH QUALITY AND VERY QUICK SHIPPING!!!!! They also updated his face!!!! It’s separately stitched on. The old one was kinda just meshed into the fabric.
So Solar balls I made some of your characters out of air dry clay the creator‘s name is George and he worked really hard on them. He made mercury Venus Earth Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, the Sun and moon Plus planet And Titan
