What happens after I place an order?
You'll get an order confirmation email with your invoice right away. Once our fulfilment partner processes the order, we'll email you a tracking number. For anything specific, email contact@solarballs.store (please allow 1–2 business days).
How long does fulfilment take?
In-stock plushies: 2–3 business days. Pre-order plushies: production is generally ~65 days. Apparel & accessories (tees, hoodies, mugs, hats): 2–5 business days. Shipping time is separate from fulfilment.
Why didn't I get my tracking number right after paying?
We work made-to-order, so your order goes to our production partners first. Once they fulfil it, you'll receive your tracking number and an estimated shipping time.

Loved this thing! I bought it in a bundle with Theia and it came right before Christmas.
I love the Solarballs Proto earth push! He came with Theia and earth plush! He has so much detail just like Earth and Theia!! same size as earth face. ( eyes & mouth ) are stitched, I just love him so much! ( by the way, good job solarballs for hitting 2M subscribers!!!! ).

Hello Solarballs. Thank you for making my favorite Solarballs character Protoearth. I love him so much. Protoearth has the best detail out of all of the plushy’s. I love the lava on him, the craters and his face. I love that he looks like he has a smirk on his face too!

The quality is great. Kid loves all of the solar balls plushies we have. However, I ordered on Nov 27th and only 1 of my 3 solar ball plushies showed up before christmas. Don't count on these things showing up in under a month at best. Shipping times are atrocious.
