How long does fulfilment take?
In-stock plushies: 2–3 business days. Pre-order plushies: production is generally ~45 days. Apparel & accessories (tees, hoodies, mugs, hats): 2–5 business days. Shipping time is separate from fulfilment.
Why didn't I get my tracking number right after paying?
We work made-to-order, so your order goes to our production partners first. Once they fulfil it, you'll receive your tracking number and an estimated shipping time.

Such an amazing plushie! Jupiter's absolutely huge (a bit bigger than I expected)! And he's quite dense and heavy too. In fact, he's the heaviest in my collection and heavier than my Sun plushie. Ironically, all the planets combined (including Jupiter) can't even match 1% of the Sun's total mass in real life. The fabric is pretty much the same fabric as Luna (densely packed, tough). Great quality. I love him! Plus, Earth does need someone to keep the Asteroid Belt in place so he doesn't get hit. Lol.
I love this plushie it is so awesome will definitely buy more like Neptune and Uranus. I highly recommend buying these. (This is a real review btw)

We definitely love Jupiters his eyes and mouth are embroidered looks like a quality piece. Wish Venus was the same but overall they looks very good. My son absolutely loves his plushie. Wait time for Jupiter and Venus as about 3weeks sadly didn’t make in Christmas morning but they arrived on the 26th It was worth the wait for my son. the solar cards took an extra week arrived on Dec 30th and Neptune. Hasn’t even ship out yet but I noticed it’s back order which website states will start mailing out by the end of January. I feel the company have to get it together with orders fulfillment timeline. People would buy even more and keep recommending them.
