What happens after I place an order?
You'll get an order confirmation email with your invoice right away. Once our fulfilment partner processes the order, we'll email you a tracking number. For anything specific, email contact@solarballs.store (please allow 1–2 business days).
How long does fulfilment take?
In-stock plushies: 2–3 business days. Pre-order plushies: production is generally ~65 days. Apparel & accessories (tees, hoodies, mugs, hats): 2–5 business days. Shipping time is separate from fulfilment.
Why didn't I get my tracking number right after paying?
We work made-to-order, so your order goes to our production partners first. Once they fulfil it, you'll receive your tracking number and an estimated shipping time.

I have Luna for a while now, and I must say its perfect cudling size. She was on few road trips with us. Its my favourite character.

I got I for Christmas and I LUV IT
It was really good, took about 12-15 days to come, but was totally worth the wait! I love his features and he is very soft. I’ve got Saturn aswell, and Planet X, Jupiter, Sun, Uranus and Neptune are coming soon too! Maybe in time for Christmas!
I never thought i’d leave a review, but I just had to, anyhow, this Plushie is AWESOME! This is the first one I’ve EVER got from SolarBalls, and it’s great! Saturn, Uranus and Neptune are all on the way and I’m Super excited. Highly recommended! Well worth the price!
I've had the Luna plush for almost 3 months now, and I have to say that I LOVE IT. Ever since I got him, he's been by my side all the time. I take him with on every trip I go. And I swear, this lil guy has some sort of luck tied to him. He's a great companion, very adorable and is definitely the best and most special plushie I own. His size is perfect; not too small, yet not too big. He's also pretty soft, and he's a hard plushie. The quality is great. Worth every cent spent.

A lovely plush of the moon, very well made, could’ve been abit bigger but my son is very happy with it.
I love the Moons and Planets of our Salor system, and having Luna along with the Earth is amazing. The Earth feels soft, however Luna is a little hard but still great.
