How long does fulfilment take?
In-stock plushies: 2–3 business days. Pre-order plushies: production is generally ~45 days. Apparel & accessories (tees, hoodies, mugs, hats): 2–5 business days. Shipping time is separate from fulfilment.
Why didn't I get my tracking number right after paying?
We work made-to-order, so your order goes to our production partners first. Once they fulfil it, you'll receive your tracking number and an estimated shipping time.

I wish Venus eyes and mouth were embroidered as Jupiters but overall it looks very good. My son absolutely loves his plushie. Wait time for Jupiter and Venus as about 3weeks the solar cards took an extra week and Neptune. Hasn’t even ship out yet but I noticed it’s back order which website states will start mailing out by the end of January. I feel the company have to get it together with orders fulfillment timeline. People would buy even more and keep recommending them.

Very similar to earth plushie not the biggest but just the right size for kids and adults. No embroidery all just printed on. One of the more squishy plushies.
